With four key priority areas – Inclusion, Accessibility, Improved Service Delivery and Rights and Respect – our strategy and supporting action plan has been informed by insights from people with lived experience across the South West.

Actions will be delivered under the leadership of South West Hospital and Health Service and in ongoing consultation and engagement with stakeholders who have lived experience of disability.
