If you believe you've seen our staff doing something wrong, you can report it. This is called a public interest disclosure (PID) under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010.
You don't need proof to make a disclosure however, where possible, please provide information including:

It's an offence for someone to retaliate against you for making a public disclosure.
If there is any doubt as to whether a disclosure is in fact a PID, we'll deal with the matter as if it is a PID until otherwise confirmed.

For corruption: report to the Crime and Corruption Commission.
For mismanagement: report to the Queensland Ombudsman.
